All our products meet the relevant Australian Safety Standards. Australian manufacturing standards are also adhered to in accordance with the guidelines and directions from expert industry regulators. Our cots meet the Australian and New Zealand safety standards AS/NZS: 2172/2010.
WHAT SAFETY STANDARDS DO OUR COTS MEET?
WHAT IF I NEED HELP ASSEMBLING MY COT?
All cots include an instruction manual in the packaging carton. The instruction manual clearly shows a ‘how to guide’ so you can assemble the cot. If you cannot locate your instruction manual, or are having difficulty with the assembly, please contact our friendly team at email@example.com.
It is very important to follow the assembly instructions provided to ensure your baby cot and furniture products are safe for use and to avoid unnecessary damage to your product.
WHY DO I NEED TO BUY YOUR MATTRESS FOR THE COT?
Our mattress range is of the highest quality and specifically made to fit your chosen cot. Your baby’s mattress is one of the most important items you buy. Our mattress ranges include; breathable fibre mattresses and innerspring mattresses, with an amazing 10-year warranty on the springs.. All have been fully tested to the Australian Standard to avoid SIDS.
WHAT IS A DROP SIDE FOR THE COT?
A drop side for a cot, is one panel on our cot that moves up and down. It has been ergonomically designed to support your back so there is no strain. Drop sides are perfectly safe, if designed and made correctly with good quality mechanisms. Our cots are designed with our famous smooth single hand drop side, as we believe as parents ourselves, that this makes life just a little easier and painless when raising busy families – no heavy bending necessary.
HOW MANY BASE LEVELS DOES THE COT HAVE?
Our cots have two base levels. The Australian Standard does not permit a cot to have any more than 2 base levels, as the safety experts believe that a cot with more than 2 levels is unsafe. The first level is called the bassinet level. It is suitable for a newborn until just before they can sit upwards or lift themselves up. We recommend that you lower your base level to the lower level when they reach this stage, to prevent your baby from climbing out of the cot.
WHY DOES THE FURNITURE VARY IN COLOUR AND TEXTURE?
As timber is a natural product there can be a colour variation and grain patterns which enhances it’s natural beauty. Our manufacturers do not colour match timber during fabrication as the waste from such practices would be environmentally irresponsible, so you will see some variations in your products. We believe this is what makes a timber product naturally beautiful. These variations are unavoidable as timber is seasonal and will vary between seasons, including the way in which the paint appears on different surfaces. These variations will not be considered manufacturing faults or defects under our warranty.
DO YOU OFFER A PRODUCT WARRANTY?
All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s no-fault warranty. It excludes transport damage, incorrect assembly or mishandling and wear and tear. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, within the warranty period. Please refer to your product instruction manual for details of the warranty relating to your product.
Alternatively, please contact us, for assistance with your warranty claim. The cost of freight of your product and any replacements may not be covered by us, and you may need to pay these freight costs. Of course, our team does their very best to assist you with any warranty claims and queries.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE FRAMED ART PRINT?
Our framed prints are printed onto bright white, 100% cotton rag, archival quality paper before being mounted onto a foam core board, framed behind high-quality plexiglass (so we can make sure your artwork arrives in tip-top shape), and strung as either landscape or portrait. You can choose from a black, white or natural oak frame moulding that is 30mm wide and sits 45mm deep from the wall.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WALL ART?
Want to make sure your artwork stands the test of time and always looks fabulous? To keep your framed prints and poster prints clean and dust free, simply wipe them over regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Good quality microfibres are our favourites! Remember to never use chemical cleaning products or water as this could damage your artwork. Also, make sure that you keep all artwork out of direct sunlight, as this can lead to fading or warping.
